I spent years trying to uncover how people online where achieving such incredible physical transformations, all driven by my passion for fitness & nutrition

I tried eating 1200 calories a day, burning massive amounts of calories through cardio, and doing endless ab workouts to lose belly fat, but I still wasn’t seeing that change I dreamed of.

Constantly cutting my calories to dangerously low levels and using exercise as a form of punishment, turned fitness into a chore, leading me down a slippery slope into an eating disorder

I knew it was time to educate myself and do things the right way. I started strength training with intention, tracking my macros, and even hired a coach. I deepened my knowledge in fitness and nutrition, ultimately becoming certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach in 2020.
